The image area measures 41.9 x 69.7 cm [16½" x 27½"], and the map is drawn on a scale of 10 miles to one inch, so there is wonderful detail, including wagon roads, military forts, railroads, lighthouses, cities, towns, ferries, and natural features. Among the named places and features are the following. The Pensacola & Georgia Railroad. The Mobile & Ohio Railroad.
The Alabama & Florida Railroad. This map is in very good condition, with no rips, tears, or writing. It has a vertical centerfold, as issued, and is blank on the back, with no printing on the reverse side. It is printed on a heavy paper which has toned slightly with age and turned a bit stiff.
