It is mounted with a blade that measures 34 3/4 inches in length which has survived in very nice condition with only some minor surface blemishes and is well marked C. " on one side and is dated "U.

The brass guard also remains very nice in its condition. The original leather wrapped hilt is weathered but tight and continues to wear a small portion of its twisted wire wrap. The metal scabbard is stained with light oxidation scars but has no dings. Overall measuring 42 1/4 inches in length.
