The hooks are intact and strong as is the lead backing. It shows use and has some dents on the rim.It measures approx 3 5/16 long and 2 1/8 wide a standard buckle. Buckle is attached to the original belt, which has had the keeper removed. This was quite common as the keeper was a pain to hook. As you can see the belt has broken off where the arrow hooks are, but 36 inches of the belt is there. The belt has 11 holes in it and is supple and was broken off at the one end. I acquired these items over 40 years ago. It came out of a defunct GAR post In New Jersey that was now a VFW and was given to me by a WWII 101 airborne trooper at the post.
